US PvE Protection Paladin for EU PvE Prot tank

I've moved to europe and as there's no character transfer between US and EU I want to trade roughly equivalent characters.
I have a 70 protection paladin on a US PvE server. I've never transferred anywhere. Gear is mostly rep/crafted/quest quality blues and purples - ie, pre kara as haven't been able to play since April and had only begun poking my nose in there. I'm only 1-2% away from uncrushable, > 10k unbuffed hp, 13-14k AC. Have the rep for all but one heroic key, though I think I've only bought one.
I'd like a protection tank on an EU server - Warrior or Paladin is fine. A similar level of gear and rep level would be nice.
Also on the account is a 60 druid and a 36 or 37 warlock. I don't play alts much.
