From start to finish of Golemagg, 7 hours. Long f*****g night.
We've only been in MC about a month so its a good accomplishment for my guild on Cenarius.
Only 2 wipes. Stupid mistakes @ Garr and Sulfuron. All others on first attempt.
It's a good thing that there's a workaround to the MC lockout bug. Otherwise we'd have had to stop when people had to leave. =/
We hope to down Majordomo this week and make some attempts at Ragnaros.

Sounds about right. Last time we ran MC to Golemagg in 6 hours with only one partial wipe.

Yeah 7 is pretty good. Can't really compare cause our guild splits it over 2 days. This week we did first 6 bosses in about 4.5 hours.
Finished up tonight, finally spawned Rag.. it's so badass, screenshots and crappy videos don't do it justice.. 10x cooler when you're there.

We clear to Baron Geddon the 1st night about 3hrs. Then Shazzrah to Ragnaros in 3hrs. Thats on a good day. Bad days add Hour for lazy puller
Our Onyxia Runs last about 15min. The fight is around 6-7mins ZZzzzzZzz

Took us 7 hours on tuesday to zone in, Kill onyx, move to MC, zone in and clear the zone. start to finish (Rag included)
but then again... we're crazy like that.

we started last night at 6:00 probably 6:30ish before everyone was inside and clearing, finished Gole at like 11:30, 1 wipe when officer decited to leroy into gole from bridge and get heals!

We start MC every thursday 8pm pst, clear to and kill golo by around 1am. Call it a night. Restart 8pm Friday, summon to golo spot and then go kill domo, suicide rezone and go kill rag in about 2 hrs. Then off to Oniyxa.
Thats 2 days raiding a week then we sit around trying to find stuff to do for next 5 days

As its late at night for the yanks when we kill golo alot of ppl log off behind where he spawns in the corner. Warlock is always there of course along with a few other ppl so next day we just summon ppl to that spot.

When you logout in MC, just make sure you have someone log back in before everyone else to re-construct the instance before the bulk of your raid group starts logging back in or they'll end up at the portal.
You can also exploit the instance this way and can sneak more then 40 people into the instance.

So, the first person get's kicked out, right? What kind of time window will it take to reconstruct?
Every time we try to get someone logged out deep inside we get reset to the front of the instance.
So the timeline is this:
Kill Golo
At least 4 people log off in his room, 1 being a warlock.
Next day a non-warlock logs in and get's kicked to the front. (Will this person need to reenter and stay in the instance while it reconstructs?)
After ____ ammount of time the other 3 people, including the warlock log in and stick to Golo room??
Everyone zones in and summons?

a. We did up to Golemagg last night in under 5.5hrs.
b. Question on leavin someone for Golemagg area. Once you whip Domo and head back to Rag don't you just have 30 minutes and have to clear those damned flame packs? I guess I don't see the huge time savings here. If you log/summon in golemagg's room you still have to clear back to rag, and if you do it after Domo then you are under the respawn deadline. Where as if you just start at the beginning its adding not that many mobs and a few fewer flame packs. What am I missing here for the big time savings?

Xammer!! Hiya mate 
After Major you dont clear back to rag.
You take off ya gear and suicide on that lava thing, then run back and zone in.
There are very few mobs up to clear from zone in to rag. so its alot faster.
Also its good to do it that way as if you clear to rag from zone, and wipe on rag and for some reason you lose your SS and cant rest you can just zone back in and run to rag if its already cleared.
Killed Rag for the 5th time this weekend! Go my priest some new trans legs! out of the 10 legs we have gotten from rag so far 6 of them have been pally legs.. WTF
Last run we got 3 Shaman items (im on Alliance)
We have the absolute worst luck with loot in mc

What Rossie failed to mention is that this works in most of the time, except for this week where we fluke wiped on Domo and the priest who had SS up died too close to mobs so when he resses and died we had to clear from zone in to Domo. (such a pain in the ass)

After the first person logs in the instance will be reconstructed and everyone can immediatly login after he does. Just make sure the person that logged in first doesn't leave the zone (he'll be sent back to the portal in MC when he first logs in).
Instances deconstruct after 20 minutes when noone is inside. There also is NOT a timer like other instances that will send you back to your Hearth spot after 60 seconds if you're saved to the instance. You can exploit this and have more then 40 people inside MC although I don't reccomend it.

On the plus 40 people thing... it's a fluke deal. We were in, had a Warlock go LD for like 20 mins.. so we replaced him with another person on the raid.. making it 40 people. The Warlock came back, and didn't get ported. Just before Domo pull, I got DC'd and came back in about 1 minute. I received the countdown timer and got ported out even though I was in Raid group.
Then I couldn't zone back into MC until the extra person actually zoned out. =/
So yeah.. not recommended.

Interesting, not sure its somethin we'll do though. Our current strategy is night 1 do everything but domo. night 2 is domo and Rag (well will be rag from now on that we beat the b*****d at last). Then just run back to rag before respawn.
