Hey,
I am having trouble with games when I play them online. I have the broadband internet, but it always kicks me off. I disabled the firewalls for the games, but still nothing. I have a Netgear CG814WG. Is there a firewall on this? If so how do I turn it off? ALso, the internet does not work on my PS2, why is this?

To check if ur router has a firewall go to your local network IP address by putting your Default Gateway into an internet browsers address bar. It is usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1, some combination like. You can check if those don't work by going to Start>Run>command>ipconfig/all then look at what your Default Gateway is.
If turning off the firewall on the router doesn't work I would look to viruses/spyware or stuff slowing down ur computer that can interupt the connection. Download AVG free anti virus, AVG free anti spyware, CCleaner, Spybot Search and Destroy, and Ad-Aware SE Personal. You can find those easily with a google search. After you download those and run/scan with them you should be fine. If all else fails call Comcast and complain that your internet is not working properly. If they continue to say everything is fine on their end and nothing should be wrong just PM me or reply here and I'll try to help find a diagnosis.
