Trouble installing Anarchy Online

Can I get a little help with installation of one game I wish to try out? I am sitting by my computer for over and hour and I cant figure out what I am doing wrong. I am pretty sure it is up to me so I decided to ask for help. So, I am having trouble installing anarchy online, can you help me out?

Been there myself and let me tell you I dont envy you a bit, my dear friend. But I wasnt smart like you. I was so stubborn and I tried for more then a week to do the installation of anarchy online by myself. As you may guess I just lost one week of my life and didnt achieve much. So I decided to call somebody who had more experience then I and she did the installation in a couple of seconds I think. That was the last time I pretended to know something that I dont and from then on I am letting people who know their business do that stuff. So find somebody who knows that and call him or her.
