I am about tired of the IP issue.
THe site owners remove banned IPs because they block areas. I have explained how some IP ranges are in places that,for the most part, have a lot of thieves related to internet activities.

So,I ban this guys range and a day later it is unbanned.

So,with this in mind and my inability to offer what I consider a safe level of trading,I am going to move on.

A banned IP is like a locked door, with a open window right next to it.
