I don't know if it's .ro or .com and it doesn't seem like they have disabled the invites. All I know is that they allow me to send an invitation through their website (tvtorrents.com). How can I find out if it's .ro or .com?

You're kidding right...
It's .com, as in tvtorrents.com 
And they're open signups always... It's all about how much you're attaching to the invite.

I got it. Sorry, thought something else. Never mind. It's not like I exchange invites every day.  Didn't even know that there is tvtorrents.ro. Anyhow, I've got invites for tvtorrents.com.
Yes, they have signups open all the time but they won't allow you to download anything until u get credits. So you'd need to upload something first in order to get what u want.
With the invite I can decide how many credits I want to give away for you to start with and since I've been a member on tvtorrents.com for a while now I could be very generous.
