I have been hearing a lot of bad things about Lineage 2 lately. Mainly NC soft is blamed because they allow botting. I think this is not exactly true, because the problem is to determine if the player is a bot or not. This cannot be a reason to give a bad overall to L2, because other games are facing similar problems!

Yes, I agree with you, about other games having similar problems. But… NC soft doesn’t allow botting, as to say, doesn’t encourage it, but they could really do more against it – they could put some security questions from time to time to pop up… Bots woudn’t be able to handle it thus they would permanently be banned.

i myself am quiting l2 but not because the game itself sucks but because im waiting for AION to come out
L2 is actualy an amazing PvP game meant for hardcore pvpers

i agree with D. its not the most fun game in the early lvls, exept if u can get on teamspeak or ventrillo with clan and have some conversations.
at higher lvls, PvP --> better then WoW... the whole castle/fortress thing is just so cool. its so much better. well w/e
the only thing thats true is that they pretty "allow" botting. they dont allow it, but if u petition a bot train, they actually dont really care that much, as long they get money. but i dont care botters, they keep prices low...
