Was buying this account as a xmas gift for a relative who just started chemo (since they cant go out and just play eq all day now) and the b*****d has the nerve to rip me off. I have disputed it and will more then likely get my money back though so its okay... present is f****d now though... some people really need to just go out and get shot between the eyes.

Sorry to hear you got ripped. 
If you paid through Paypal with a creditcard, you can simply claim unauthorized transaction or product not delivered and you will get your money back. On Virtual goods Paypal errs on the side of buyer.
If you get your money back, perhaps you would like to take a look at my ranger, has 720AAs on EM:
