He's referring to female druids who name themselves in a Lord of the Rings fashion (such as Gaeladralalial) because when they are running free through West Karana or Misty Thicket, they can sometimes feel the wind whipping through their chestnut hair. They relish every "ty" they get when they cast Skin Like Stone on the younger players (who are wondering why a level 36 druid is in WK when the best levelling is OT).
Six years later, she'll be level 53 and ready for that final fight with Faydedar. So her guild (Dragonwolfs of Norrath) will all meet in Timorous Deep (all 164 of them, even the level 28 paladin, but not Nahualli even though he said he'd help), only to have the spawn stolen by 5 Black Company members, 4 of which are bots, all of which are controlled by Sirrk who is sleeping at the keyboard at the time, who is getting the piece for a level 23 bazaar bot.
