I bet I'll get agreement on both sides here...
There was a "Register to vote Democrat" booth outside of BestBuy today and as I walked by I overheard this woman talking to the guy and I am NOT LYING she actually said this..
"He's going to send my boy to college for FREE if he wins, I HAVE to vote for him!"
I literally stopped in my tracks I was so dumbfounded... The right to vote should definately NOT be given to some people....

I think it would be better to somehow create a list of comparisons of the presidential candidates so that EVERYONE can see them, instead of having to hear bits and pieces of it through friends or on the news after your 1 or 2 hour commute home after work.
People are misinformed...in the age of information, and that is a scary thing.
I think if people are more informed, people wouldn't be making uninformed choices like that.
Also, I heard a friend tell his girlfriend he was voting for Kerry because "He's better than Bush" the other night...terrible...almost as bad as that woman you're talking about..

But yea seriously an IQ/general knowledge test should be given with rgistration. Or something, anything that will somewhat help with people being retarded
