a rl friend of mine was thinking about playing, and I wanted to start over with him, especially on a different server. The one I played on, had too little of a population, I did everything by myself, and it ended up getting boring. I was wondering if Corbantis is a pretty populated server?
Even if my friend decides not to play, I still might, and either way i'm starting over because I was forced into alot of my professions on my old character, it wasn't what I really wanted to do. So this time around i'm going to get the profession that IM interested in!

Corbantis is a medium-population server.. What class are you interested in? I started out as a Scout, I liked that, moved into Creature Handler, didn't like it, moved in Squad Leader, hated it, then tried Bio-Engineer and I have never had a better time. Same with my other character.. I started out as Artisan then became Droid Engineer, hated it, tried Tailor, hated it, picked up Image Designer and Chef, I love it.
I recently came into the ownership of a Cantina in a city of about 130 residents, it's a purely tradeskill and crafter city on Talus called Mercator. It's awesome. I get to basically be the social hub of the city, periodically holding contests and stuff. In return I get a lot of business and a lot of traffic. I have a third account that's a Merchant and Musician so he runs my vendors and plays in the Cantina when there is no one else there.
I'm planning to run a third account that's a Teras Kasi Master which actually belongs to a friend of mine from EQ, Jespitos, but I'm gonna use him for harvesting meat on the harder planets.
I dunno.... SWG has lots of horrible bugs in it but I've found a niche in it that absolutely no other MMORPG out there can offer. The level of immersion in it is off the scale. There's so much you can do in this game, you either love it or you hate it tho. Hopefully the JTL expansion will improve things somewhat.
