I liked that alu never got angry or tired of hearing about some numbers I parsed the night before, or some random weapon comparisons I was doing even though they had nothing to do with his class.
Alu let me into the channel after one to many complaints about the idiots on our raids and I am thankful for it. Alu provided me with a listening ear for the gripes I had with the folks in guild who were just flat out retarded.
Theres no doubt Alu has alot of EQ knowledge, but if you take the time to talk to him you'll find this knowledge extends to shit outside the game. I thank Alu for the time we spent doing random nonsence in EQ. The last time I really got to talk to Alu was while trying to farm us some item in a Luclin zone I cant even remember. The one with the big grub worm boss.
I only wish Alu jumped on the same server as me for WoW. Its bad enough WoW doesnt have enough ways to grief your own realm. Add the abundance of Diablo/WC3 kiddies to the MMO mix, and it was a recipie for headaches. I could have really used some Alu time then. Still could now to be honest.

You are talking about the burrower beast in The Deep, I think. Anyway, I always liked how Alu was willing to waste hours doing something barely entertaining, such as training the court yard in PoValor for 5 cycles of respawns. Truth be told, I always thought you did that to make a good impression and appease certain people. Because of that, I would see how long I could go before you would snap. In the end, you wore me out before I could break you. I always respected that. I eventually stopped logging on friends accounts to send fake reports to GMs about you and stopped spreading those terrible rumors about you and gerbles. I also regret sending in that fake app for you to CoS and Servants of the Night.
