I now have nothing to love in my life.
I am more bored then I was when I played EQ.
I still have no life.
I still sit behind the computer all day.
I do not spin 4 jesus anymore.
When I try to train people IRL they do not run, they just stare at me.
When people talk about EQ it makes me want to murder them.
I only talk to like 3 of the people I knew on EQ still.
I waste entirely to much time on Realpoor.
There is still like 100 people who want me to quit posting here.
I still make the mistake of typeing /g on aim from time to time.
I still say Aye on AIM and IRL.
I also use the word Bah.
I am wasteing people`s time who is actually reading this.
I masturbate more.
Pink Floyd is still God.
The Cosby show does not come on at the same time anymore.
Neither does Rosanne.
I read a lot of books.
I watch even more movies.
I am not as lazy to do things around the house.

GOOD DAY!

Get a few weights. Make a routine. You don't even need to do much work, just set up times during the day that you will do reps. One of two things will likely happen.

1) You get into it enough to go beyond basic single weight lifting and start to change your life.

2) You don't go any further that just using a dumbbell or barbell, but find yourself working details of your life around the time you will be working out. Because of this you will have the feeling of focus and reason as well as having 'the sitting around all day waiting for something to happen to you on the internet' habit kicked.

There many things you can do. Most include going outside or activities that are considered too much of a change in your life to actually commit to right now. I'll bet there are probably 15 people on realpoor that know enough about lifting, or beginning lifting to offer assistance. Of those I'll bet at least 2 of them would be willing to help you. If not send a PM and I'll get you a routine.

Get your hair cut. Be sure to shave. START FROM SCRATCH.

Easy daily/weekly self routine.

Wake up and take a shower.

Every 3 or 4 days shave.

Hair cut every month to 2 months.

Take a shower before you sleep.

- You will fill in many gaps with what ever you gather here -

What I have noticed since you stopped playing EQ:

1. You stole my lollersk8z

2. One person maybe send me a tell but that is usually a mistake.

3. I do not spin for jesus nearly enough.

4. The rofflecopter is no longer spying on me.

5. I changed deodorants and the new kind doesn't work as well :/

6. Dinner is not complete without 2 cans of green beans.

When something takes up a significant portion of your life and you cut it out completely, it may be wise to actively try and fill the void with something productive. There's that old saying, "An idle mind is the devil's workshop," or maybe it was idle hands. Point being, give yourself something productive to do.

Use Gillette clear gel. Chix are always like...oh you smell nice, what cologne is that?

So i'm like...none, I don't generally wear cologne, it's my stank ass armpits you're smelling.

Chix either just like me and are looking for ways to compliment me, or it really smells good.

Works great tho

run every day 2 miles, yeah you probally can't run two miles.. but run as much as you can walk and run once you get some energy back... keep doing that for 3 months. also train with weights in a gym. hit major muscle groups - back chest shoulders arms legs, train 6 days a week and leave 1 day for rest. use lighter weights - you should lift in sets of 20 reps, 2 or 3 sets for a good burn - make it burn it means its working. for god sakes get up and run!

Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever run. I run close to 80 miles a week and have been running a good 12 years. I know I will be broken before I turn 30! So use the ellipitcal next to the hot girl at the gym, she'll think your gay but, she already has a boyfriend.

I do 2 miles a day and i like it. The only way you'll get torn up is my running on concrete. Run on grass.

Be realistic. If you are really out of shape try a place not too populated. Don't give yourself a reason to be discuraged. The first time you get the sensation your going to throw up really puts things into clear focus.

Best advice is to find a partner to run with and don't take more than 2 days off between runs unless injured. "Your cardio vascular system starts to break back down after 2 days". My coach speaking. And have some damn fun.
