There no exp and lvl grinding in Eve Online and I am furious about this fact! I can't believe that somebody will dare to make a game that has no exp and lvl grinding. This is like making a game with no possibility to shoot at stuff. I can't imagine anybody who wants to play this kind of game.

First of all you should take a good look at me and then you can say that you have just seen somebody who is willing to play one game where there is no shooting at things. This game I am talking about is called Second Life, but we are not here to talk about this game, but we are here to talk why there is no exp and lvl grinding in Eve Online. Second thing that I would like to tell you are that there is exp and lvl grinding in Eve Online, you just have to be a good player and find it. I know where to look for it and I think that every player should look for himself and that is why I am not telling anything at all.

being able to skill up while u are offline is a great idea, and helps many ppl keep up with hardcore gamers that play games for 15 hrs a day 7 days a week.

There is grinding. It is ISK (money, cheddar, cash, moolah) grinding. Once you get your skills up to about 20 million + you realize that to fly the most powerful ships (battleships with Tech 2 modules, heavy assault ships, recon ships) you will be shelling out 100 million +. You will always need to grind for money to buy your ships, modules, items or pay for services in game (transporting them to 0.0).
Of course you can have a perfectly good time just being in a corporation with pals and blowing stuff up in a slightly worse ship that is 80% cheaper. Spending the maximum amount to make your ship super powerful only really benefits in 1v1 combat which is rare in my experiences.
