Runescape is a SERVER SIDE GAME
You would have to HACK THE SERVER.
A hacker of that level of competence would not likely be here bragging about it 
A stat hack/Hex editor, edits LOCAL FILES ONLY.
These change as soon as the server and client synch up.
people will claim that they have fooled the server and gotten the stat hack to work..IT IS NOT A HACK...and your account ID is hardcoded SERVER-SIDE so it will check a code progression string and if the numbers do not jive.....like ability A is 15 and progression allows for a 10 point gain in 30 minutes and you have a 50 point gain, it will kick it out.

sir let me give you a tip about hacking... learn to do it before you say its impossible or whatever. yes rs is a serverside game. however, it is not impossible to hack, which proves that you dont know anything about making a hack. do u? when your as good as i am youll learn this. the only thing you need is a matrix as well as the two main pillars of hacking which is space and time. do u have that? ok good. using those three things, you isolate the matrix at a timed interval in which you insert the (space) code. email me if u have any questions.

I totally Agree That there is no RuneScape hack. Memory editors are just for editing your own values and will disappear when you move the item around or when you log off.
By the way, a RuneScape Cheat such as a "auto-miner" are not Hacks because they are simply programs used to control your mouse to repetitively do the same action.
If a simple made up code, such as this,:
#=No.:38492//$$Code&"Your Username"^^548==$& }
#Servident6254\$$Code%"Victoms Username"*$$1==$& }
#ExHack..:0547\$$Code*"Your Password"*32&&*$==02$& }
can complete disable a game and hack into it I think RuneScape better start closing. "==" and "$$" are never used in programming language so don't act smart, scammers out there.

srry i quote my self and double post but Anything is hackable ANYTHING IS HACkABLE But why waiste your time with rs when u can hack other meaning full things
Not to sound like a criminal but this whole "I can hack rs" thing is getting old.You can hack rs but u would need the ip and be a top hacker to do it otherwise no u couldint do it.
