No b******t, I got these babys over a year ago. Cost me close to $500 clams. Henckels, Pro S 18 Piece Super Block Set was the style I went with.
A sharp knife is a beautiful thing.

These guys make some great knives too, but their big block doesn't come with 8 steak knives.

Is there a good method for sharpening them? I tried doing it with the stick-file they gave me but i can't seem to get them as sharp as I would like. I move from blade handle to blade tip while pulling the file in the direction of the edge of the blade and alternating sides.

Sharpening knives well is hard to do. Those are very cool, but for the kitchen I'd go with serrated so you don't have to sharpen them all the time.
