Not offical but hopefully will get sticked.
Buy an account if..
1. It has lots of pictures of the account with one of the pictures saying that persons fourm username.
2. If they say they have a dragon longsword with it make sure they have pics of them weilding it.
3. Anything they say should be backed up by pictures
Guide to selling account
1. Lots of pictures of your person saying Hi this is for sale or your fourm user name.
2. If you are selling items with account post pics of you weilding them not just in ur bank as you could get these of google.
Thats it really if you follow this and it's really simple it should work for all!

Very good question.
1. Take pics stick them in paint and cut the bit you want out
2. save it
3. http://imageshack.us/ go on there site
4. Upload with the last one
5. get the link which says hotlink for fourms (1)
past it and take the url of the end and then at the start delete this bit [URL=http://imageshack.us] then it should just appear without them clicking the link.
Simple.
