Erm.. if you downloaded and played one of the N-gage games, then I'd say you have been punished enough.
This announcement will serve two purposes for nokia.
1. When the N-gage fails, they can blame rampant piracy.
or
2. Once people realize N-gage games suck and stop copying them, nokia will gain the confidence of idiots when its announced that nokia single handedly stopped piracy of its intellectual properties.
