ok, so i got a new vid card and installed it and everything works except for one thing. The card has no value for red. everything that is supposed to be red is black. i have a Radeon 9800 pro 256 MB. all updated drivers have been installed. i have hit the default to factory settings and tried to play with the card in the catalyst control panel and cant figure it out. It is real annoying to not have red. any way to fix this?

RMA it back and get a new one. That sounds like a physical problem with the gpu itself that software can't fix.
Tho I could be wrong!

Have you tried updating the drivers? What windows are you running?

I would take it back. Sounds like hardware problem as Meeatsu
said.
