Back when Velious came out I made a shitload of cash getting my tailoring up. I remember people paying me 15k for Tigerraptor armor and 6-10k for blackpantherskin, for combines that cost me 100pp.
Right now those are worth jack, but if you have the skill when the items are first found, you could make a good profit.
Whats nice now is I can spend 1-2k on making a 100%wt red backpack and sell it for 5-7k ...these things fly out the window. I have made 7 and never had to spamm the /auc more than once to get a buyer. I think I've made around 30k so far in about a week. Yeah I understand its not the 300k I've put into the skill, but thats not the only thing I've made either.
