Nov 2 2003 12:04PM - RAV - Unable to login. Probably because she thinks the shift key is the spacebar and when told to hold down the shift key she holds down the spacebar instead. Changed her password so that she doesn't have to use such complex and mind boggling key combinations.

Pretty bad when you have to change a customers password to pass-word instead of pass#word because they can't figure out what the f*****g shift key does. Once again building my belief that not everyone should own a computer, some people are simply too incompetant to operate them or function in society.

I'm currently taking a course of deep breaths. The population of this state, from dealing with customers, is very sad indeed. That's why I'm getting the f**k out of here. Nothing but a bunch of illiterate morons and backwoods trash in this place. I don't mind doing tech support, matter of fact I do enjoy it for the most part, but there are times when I reeeeaaally want to just crawl through the phone and save the human race from a defective genetic branch <nods>
