Here's a good one, shortened up quite a bit though. Chick calls in, starts off sweet (sorta) and asking us if we were having network problems (not a quote, was more like "You guys having problems there?" to whice I always want to replay "Yeah, Problem #1) I don't get paid enough to talk to you"). I told her that everything was fine here, but if *she* was having troubles I would be more than happy to help her solve them! All in my cheery Tech Support Fuctard Voice I great the customer with cheer and goodwill (even though I'm thinking about porkin her in the pooter while I light the fuse to the m80 shoved in her yappy little dogs bunghole). Well, she can't connect because her account isn't active, why is her account inactive? She didn't pay her bill in June, however when July rolled around and she was deactivated, she paid the one for June but then neglected to pay for the one in July. So guess what? You got it! She's disconnected again! YAY ME! So I start explaining this to her, that what she paid in July was actually for the overdue bill that was due in June and yada f*****g yada. I mean, come on here... I bet even Median and Maelstrom can f****n' figure out when their damn bills are due right? Well.... okay... that might be stretchin it a little... but I'm sure eminem can she she has a personality and complete sentences now!
So I go through explaining (several times) to this f*****g HickWhore about how the fundamentals of time operate in relation to priveledged service billing, but she's completely clueless. Below is an excerpt from the conversation.
ALPHA_WHORE: "How could I be a month behind without being cut off"
..........POOR-ME: "You were cut off last month weren't you?"
ALPHA_WHORE: "But that was for June!"
..........POOR-ME: "Correct, and the bill that you paid in July was for June, the reason your service was cut off in July correct?"
ALPHA_WHORE: "Yes, but why am I behind a month?"
..........POOR-ME: "Because we never received a payment for your bill in July"
ALPHA_WHORE: "I paid that in July"
..........POOR-ME: "That payment you made in July was for June, as I pointed out previously. At that time you *also* owed $16.95 for your July bill. That bill in July that you also owed is the reason you don't have access today"
ALPHA_WHORE: "So you are saying that I'm a month behind"
..........POOR-ME: "Correct"
ALPHA_WHORE: "How could I be a month behind?" <screaming>
..........POOR-ME: "I just explained that ma'am"
ALPHA_WHORE: "F*&*^ YOU! BYE!"

Want to know something fun? Most people think Tech support guys are just docile little nobodies that just take a beating from you big bad consumer f***s... guess again. You just cussed out that guy with all your personal information, and if you are lucky he's too afraid of losing his job to do anything. One of these days though, you are going to get that really vindictive p***k that just doesn't give a rats ass who just might begin making your life a big Bowl of f**k-You Soup.

looks like she just didn't understand that she was supposed to pay in advance, and not for the month that just passed.Therefore, thinking she was always on time by paying for the last month.

woah... hey i'm half mexican, and ironically just got out of the shower.
and i pay my bills on time too. then again, my mom classifies our family as a more civilized part latino family, and kinda makes fun of the less financially stable, heavy-accented ones that come to the US the not-so-legal way.
but still... lay off mexicans.
now inbread red-necks are a whole other story.
