Storyline comments - How to write posts not story-related?

I've noticed that sometimes a Storyline contributor have a need to write some useful comments which are not related to the story itself but cannot be considered as story-spam. I called such posts or post parts Storyline comments.
Storyline comments are dedicated for off-topic comments. Off-topic comments are all comments not related the the story itself. For example if you would like to post a comment such as: Great post, I love your story, then you should enchase the comment content into CODE tag which would look like this:
