Kind of makes you wonder about leftists. Conservtives joined with leftists in proceedings to impeach Nixon. Leftists refused to impeach Clinton.

Actually, it makes me wonder about the whole lot of them. I dont see that one side is more or less honorable than the other, they just manifest their honor and on occasion lack thereof, differently. Usually its democrats with their pants down and conservatives with their hands in the cookie jar.

politics = power games.

Wrong. That's why Republicans joined Democrats to impeach Nixon on lesser charges than those committed by Clinton. Republicans believe in the rule of law. Democrats believe in the rule of arbitrary morality, which not only invites, but embraces corruption. Just look at their attempts to undermine the 2000 election.

Are you refering to what you said having garnered me some kind of "loss"? Perhaps in your book, but I found it just too silly to respond seriously to.

What's so silly about it? Liberals actually teach that morality is more important than law in college. Then they teach moral relativism. Republicans teach that law should rule, because corruption follows if it isn't. That's why Republicans wanted to impeach Nixon and leftists refused to impeach Clinton. At the time, they considered power to be their moral and therefore legal precedent.

Oh, and looky here:

http://www.newsday.com/news/local/wire/ny-bc-nj--governorresigns-i1024oct24,0,6932131,print.story?coll=ny-ap-regional-wire

A federal investigation has found that there was no extortion attempt by Governor McGeevey's former aid. So basically this McGreevy guy tried to **** harass an aid (hmmm...sounds familiar) who claims to be straight (that part is not yet determined). Yet McGreevy is still in office. He claimed that he was resigning months ago, but I guess that just means he won't run for reelection.

Now why does that conjur up an image of Bush wanting his particular set of morals inflicted on our constitution and claiming that any judges that study this issue and happen to come down on the side of same **** marriage are just "activist judges". Bush then vows to get them over ruled so that he can once again try to insert his 'morals' into law.
