Stealing the technology in Eve Online

What is the spy system in Eve Online. How can I join the rebels who are fighting against the Empire and serve them as an industrial spy who will get the technology secrets from the Empire? What are the other possibilities for helping the rebellion? Thanks in advance for all your answers.
I am not sure what you are talking about. Wait a minute. You are not talking about Eve Online, that’s the Star Wars Empire At War you are asking about! Well, well… there is however some sort of stealing technology in Eve, too. But sincerely, I am not interested in it.
