So it's ok with the great and all-powerful Light side to leave your "brother", your best student, the one you love and respect, to die a horrible death, burning alive, reaching out for your help...... after you've cut off his legs and an arm.

In the first movie it talked about not knowing who Anakain's father was. Otherthen R2's comedy routine, that is the only disappointment I had with the movie.

Anakin was not gone completely. If Obi-Wan was really all that goody goody, he would have tried to save him... or, if he REALLY needed to kill him, he would actually DO it, instead of leaving him to suffer like that. Like I said, Obi is the traitor here.

Unfortunately, we all do crazy things when we are angry and/or when our vision is coulded with love. Anakin's motives were pure and selfless... If only the retarded Jedi counsil would actually HELP him instead of being all wise-a*s and acting like they have an 18-inch dildo stuck up their a*s... then maybe there would be no Darth Vader.

But that's beside the point... Anakin could have been saved. There was still good in him. When Obi-Wan left him to die, he completely destroyed anything good left in Anakin.
