Exactly what is a 'deviance'? I'm downloading 'Ghost Master' from bittorrent and it's 'Ghost Master Deviance' is it not the full game? Beta?

I believe "Deviance" is probably the group that "released" it.
"released" = Hacked, warez'd, and made available.
