Queso Cheese Dip
2 cups cubed queso blanco(chihuahua)cheese
1/2 of a small can of diced green chiles
1/4 cup sour cream
3-4 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a micro-safe bowl and zap until all is melted. Be sure and use authentic mexican cheese.

chihuahua is a type of mexican cheese.. like pepperjack, colby, monterey jack, cheddar, etc. =/

He said it was a cheese.
It is also a Dog and a State in Mexico... but he stated it was the Cheese thus I knew what it meant. Either I am tired or you are. Or we both are and just don't know what they other is talking about.
Or I could just be a complete moron and don't get what you are talking about. Either way im going to bed.
