the ones on the left direct them down right before the water
then the ones on the bottom immedieately down
then a right to the middle target
|

Upper Left Sheep: Put an up arrow on the sheep.
Lower Left Sheep: Put a left arrow on the sheep.
Upper Right Sheep: Put an up arrow to the right of the sheep.
Lower Right Sheep: Put a left arrow to the right of the sheep.
Put a down arrow right above the entrance to the area with target.
Put a left arrow two spaces to the right (Under the Rock and to the left of the cactus.).
