I recently downloaded Advent Children and do to my lack of ambition to learn the Japanese language I also have the sub title file as well. I want make it so that I have one video file with the subs already in it. I also want to change the format and encode the final file so that it can be watched on a DVD player. What do I need to do this and how should I go about doing it?

I had a torrent of it already joined together up for a while, but it's not up anymore
