Oh shit, this one just came to me. It's the best answer yet.
Fire
put that in the barrel, and watch it kill it ez$
And even if it's a metal barrel, eventually it will get hot enough that it'll melt and possibly ash. Then it'll blow away! a vast majority of the weight will be used as fuel for the fire.
