Could they actually do anything to him? Make him give back his money? I don't suppose they could charge him with war crimes if there hadn't been a war. Plus he'd probably get some immunity anyway. Maybe try to charge him with crimes against his people, but what law would you use?
It would probably suck not being able to boil people in acid every time they p****d you off, but sleeping in the same bed two nights in a row would probably be a nice change.
I wonder what would really happen if he left.

better kill him and his 2 son right away and prevent any terrorist act to have him set free.
Can you imagine how many sickos that would be ready to kill anyone they can just to help this guy?
Kill him, his 2 son , they deserve it. And no more talk about him.

It would seem like it. But nobody ever killed Idi Amin did they? I think he's still kicking around somewhere, and he used to kill people and eat them.
