I really dont get you guys. There are so many MMORPGs right now and it seems to me that youve chosen the most boring one. Ive been playing WoW for about a year and now Ive switched to LotR Online and I think these both are like a 1000 times more interesting than EVE. Why did you chose EVE?

I really dont know whats the point of your post. You already seem to know enough about EVE to conclude that its boring and you also already have chosen another game to play. I suppose youve only come here to try to get on our nerves. Well it doesnt work you know.

Even is the most indepth MMO there is currently is. There are so many facets to the game that you can play for years and not get to them all.
The skill system is unique and universe is huge. The only real issue is that the learning curve for noobs scares many people away. When I started playing it was much easier to learn than it is now, and even then I wanted to run away. Thankfully I joined a cool corporation and they helped me out.

EVE requires more skill and has a more mature player base.
Everyone trains at the same race. The developers don't interfere with your gameplay. If you want to be a bounty hunter you can be, if you want to be a thief you can be, if you want to go around killing people you can do.
It's much more interesting because the game poses risk.

Because EVE requires skill and planning? WoW is easily one of the crappiest games I have played.
Running the same instance for 4+ hours straight hitting the same 3 buttons is NOT my idea of fun. Loot whoring isnt my idea of fun.

Funny thing is I have played numerous MMOs over the past 10 years including WOW, I have started Eve and feel that I have finally found a game that has a mature player base and such a broad remit for play. The thing is it takes a little bit of brains to play and I guess thats what puts alot of people off.

The mature player base has always been a plus, but that's been diminishing in the past year or so.
