WoW drew me in right away, a friend that has EQ2 .... feels that the world is generic so far, the game chugs even on a 3.2 1 gig or ram and 5600 ultra video card with 256 ram on below med settings. The interface is clunky, the quest system sucks compared to WoW, i think EQ2 is going to get its ass handed to it by WoW.

time to upgrade my geforce 6800 GT OC'd
and my P4 3.0 ghz 800 FSB HT CPU
and 1 GB of DDR 400 PC 3200 ram

WoW's going to get 90% of it's starting line subscribers from Diablo II morons and WCIII players. EQ2 is going to have a much higher percentage of hardcore MMO players.

Ok. The quest system is WoW's except better. The interface is better if you have half a clue how to right click and left click. Just refrain from commenting untill you have personally played it seriously all this hearsay is retarded because it's all 99% based off of mis-information. WoW will have a giant playerbase because it is easy and because of all of the battlenet kiddys. Those two reasons right there are why I am playing EQ2.
