So ya I fixed my problem from before but now there is another issue and I'm giving up trying to solve it. When I called tech support about it the wonderful gentleman on the line had this to say -
"I really dont know what that is, if you can figure out how to solve it could you e-mail us the solution? Thank you for calling, is there anything else I can help you with today?"

Your system apparently has multiple issues, and you're blameing the guy on the phone for it, instead of yourself, being the one responsible for the messed up system in the first place.
You could try posting your problem here and see if anyone cares enough to help you - likely a lot more constructive than ranting about phone support.

My system has no issues, their DVD's do. I just installed the entire game on CD fine. I win or maybe I lose, but SoE are losers but they won.

I had absolutely no problems with my DVD.... Maybe your puter hates DVD'a cause it's mad at you...

That was kind of my other guess. I think possibly Mug if you had gotten even another DVD copy you'd have been fine.
