Two examples, since your...not intelligent in matters relating to scamming.

A.Person comes here and calls another person he is mad at a scammer.

B.A scammer ,scams a person, then comes here and calls him a scammer. This creates a big mess and a "he-said/She-said" issue that is, without proof, impossible to clear up
