My assumption is its a hacked Paypal. There have been a few cases of more intelligent chinese scammers with very good english. I'll take a look into it.

Provide a screenshot of PM he sent you on RealPoor.
It's 50% of your fault. You accepted offer via PM or even worse via email only.
It's been written all over the forum that buyers should respond in your topic first.

he did it to me too luckily i told him im keeping the secret question and crap til i get cash and im gettin my stuff back hopefully
heres proof
we talked before that too i wasnt that quick to the catch lol
and idc if it was half my fault im getting it back, just ban his ip and stuff pls

Wouldnt have to if people gave a damn about their accounts. Once the premium service is introduced those who dont care about safety can enjoy the company of scammers and trade in constant paranoia.
Sliveb33 will be banned & thread locked.
