Hey I have got one silly question. Let’s say I enroll a human fighter in the game… and I fully develop my character. And, after some time, I decide to change race!!! I know that this might sound silly, but is it possible? I think I saw some games where you can change your race.

I have never heard of such a game. I think you misunderstood something. After all, not only it is physically impossible, but also you must consider the fact that the most of armor, and other equip are race specific, not just class specific! I doubt that any game will introduce race change as a possibility.
