Hello! I just read the article in gamer magazine about game Horizons: Empire of Istaria. I would like to know when it was released, who developed it and where can I find installation version of it? I heard that they had some serious problems with billing, some mad users and some server failures. Can you tell me more about that? Whould I give this game a chance?

Hi there! Horizons: Empire of Istaria is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (commonly called a MMORPG) developed by Artifact Entertainment. It was released in Europe on December 5, 2003 in North America. After changing billing system and official forum activities, developer added new servers to the list of Horizons: Empire of Istaria servers, and merged all American servers into one server system. Only a few servers at this moment are used for playing Horizons: Empire of Istaria, most of them where shout down in December of 2006. Some users are trying their best to make some emulator program for servers that will emulate Horizons: Empire of Istaria Server on there own servers because El Interactive will shut down all servers in a few week. Installation application for this game can be found on there official site. You should try this game and play it if you liked it.
