how do i keep people from uploading off me? i've gone in and modified the files which i share (removed all folders). i've turned off 'uploads' and even changed the upload rate thats listed to 1b/s.
but i cannot keep people from uploading off me for some reason.
thoughts, ideas?

Don't use peer2peer stuff if you arnt willing or able to give back ?
Find a better place to get your illicit downloads ? (Newsgroups for porn, IRC for warez/mp3)
www.allofmp3.com is a pretty interesting take on the 'pay per mb' download structure.
