It makes sense that every class will have trouble with at least 1 other class.

An undead rogue is unbeatable in 1v1 combat, provided that he's well played. A good Warrior might be able to step up and destroy one, but everything else won't have a chance.

This is the most meaningless sentence I have heard in relation to WoW. I've heard it applied to every single f*****g class. "Paladins are unkillable if played well." "Shadow priests are unkillable if played well." Blah blah blah. All you're saying is, they are powerful to begin with, and if you have someone good driving them they're even better. It sounds less moronic if you merely say "Undead rogues are hard to kill." The fact that you need someone good playing them should be a given.

Depends how they are specced gear/talent wise. If they are smart and are +STA/INT or STA/whatever they should be ok.
It's quite difficult, excluding a lucky string of crits, for a rogue to kill an equal level shaman in stunlock if they have a decent amount of Hp. 5+ below and it becomes much easier.
When rogues gank me I normally spam warstomp till it takes, Frost Shock, drop poison cleansing totem, Natures swiftness heal. By that stage I've got some distance on them and I can kite, drop totems etc.
Any shaman without NS in PVP deserves to get hammered.

How can you spam warstomp, the innate tauren ability? Isn't it on a 3 minute cooldown?

You spam it while you're stunned so it goes off as soon as you're out.
You only cast it once.

I've personaly never had a problem with shaman, provided I can get the jump. If they open with frost shock before I can land crippling poison II i'm generaly in trouble and will have to blow vanish/sprint to get back in range.
However if I get the jump i've taken to ambushing which usualy crits for 1k+ > a backstab (again if it crits) 800 damage wait a tick for energy (if dont crit backstab, gouge and wait for energy) and CB eviscerate and that usualy ends the fight.
For casting classes mages using mana shield and PW:S priests i'll ambush and try to panic them into doing something stupid with large amounts of damage right off the bat.
The only problem classes I have sometimes are Ice specced mages, and that's only in dueling, Warlocks who knows i'm there and hide their f*****g succubus pets, and a well geared/played warrior. And ofcourse ass/sub rogues. No way to get around 2 CB eviscs, two evasions, and two vanishes unless I kill them outright. Above situations assume all persons are intelligent players who have quick reflexes and know their classes. (I've yet to run into a well played Shadow priest, but I hear they are nasty).
*edit* Note i'm a 60 rogue with 3600 unbuffed and a 16.73 unbuffed crit chance. Nothing special.
