You gotta give it more than a couple hours to say something like that.

But it's pretty f*****g amazing for the 3 hours I played so far, exploring the huge ass open landscape WITH NO f*****g LOADING TIMES gives me serious wood. Not to mention how fun the boss fights are.

I just wish there was more story to it, but im guessing it will pick up later on.

From my understanding you learn nothing storywise until near the very end of the game.

I plan to check this out because I loved ICO (which was woefully unnoticed by the gaming world majority). I saw the video review on Gamespot and it looks beautiful.

I'm intrigued, but I need more details before I buy a game like this.

It's a pretty hard game to describe. I just beat it earlier today. The gameplay, enviroments, and character controls are f*****g amazing and completely perfect. The story.. is kinda a mystery. You know what happened, but you don't really know why it happened or any of the background on the whole situation or the people involved.

There are some very cool unlockables after you beat the game the first time though. Plus some secret areas that are only reachable after a couple playthroughs (4 I think). Mainly because you can only climb stuff or hold on to things for so long before your stamina runs out and you fall. But as you beat more colussuses (collosi?) and eat certain lizards you get more stamina, which allows you to climb higher at certain areas.

At least rent it if you're not going to buy it. But I think it would honestly be right up your alley, Silvermouse.

This game is something else. You don't come across this every day.

I'd go on, but the game seriously speaks for itself.

I beat it after 8 hours. I still say it is the game of the year.

Even so it's defintely a rental.

P.S. You can make it to the top after only one playthrough if you keep diagnol jumping all the way and don't suck ass.
