How do you set up a joystick so that when its not moving, your velocity isnt affected?
I got out my old old old Winman something or other for BattleField 1942, and as soon as I get enough speed to take off, my wings roll to the left and i turn to the right...
I dont have the software that came with it ( did any come with it ? ) and i dont know hwo to use those two little dials on the top and side for the X Y axii

Can't help ya on yer question....but
I tried flying in BF42 using my joystick, and it just seemed alot harder to control/handle than with the mouse. So I switched back to the mouse and have been using it since...
I didn't practice a whole lot with it, the mouse seemed alot easier to use and more effective.

Those wheels are for calibrating the joystick. One fixes Y-axis, the other x-axis

Ya I figured that out comp
when i go in to configure and test the joystick though, the crosshair is flying ALL OVER the screen, and when i try and center it it still wobbles a lot; i need it to be perfectly still when im not touching it
