I was lying in bed last night, trying to ignore my wife's insane f*****g cat chasing invisible space mice around the foot of the bed, when I started thinking about Realpoor. I tell you guys more intimate things than I tell my parents, which is kind of disturbing. This got me thinking...
Are we friends?
I mean, I can understand Khraf and Sasa being friends cuz they alwayz cyber in mirc and ALWAYS leaf me out 
In all seriousness, i'd like to know if anyone here considers anyone else here a friend.

It might be more tense if we all met at, say, Dunn's funeral, but I bet no fistfights would break out.

No not really.
There are however people I've met on the boards that have become friends in EQ and from then on IRL. I talk to a couple of them on a daily basis.
I do like hanging out here for some people though allthough I wouldn't call them "friends" perse. There's certain people that I always read posts from as opposed to others that I usually skip unless their post gets a lot of replies (then I get curious ;p)
I do get enjoyment out of Realpoor. It's my morning ritual while I'm procrastinating to do actual stuff I need to do. I wake up with Realpoor ;p
I enjoy the lose witty comments and strange topics... sometimes the debates or the drama, and sometimes it's just plain ole "let's point and laugh at the stupid people"-humor.
Highlight of today: Kbarr's asshat. LOL.

There are a few I would call friends and even invite them into my home if anyone ever came by this s****y town I live in.
There is a small difference between "INTERNET friends" and "real life friends"
The only difference is you don't see there face when you talk to them.

i wouldn't feel safe being friends with people on this board... well some people, but not everyone.
just because i've witnessed too much disturbifying stuff happening on this board.
i know i s***w around a lot, and make random posts. but in all seriousness, only a handful of people here, excluding myself, could be considered unwavering friends to anyone. (which probably includes every female. cept lauren and eminem) fweaks... sheesh.
