Is this possible before i try it.I want to activate my inactive acc by buying a GTC ingame and i have to have the isk on my inactive acc.

Afraid not, to get the gamecard code you need to send the ISK first and since your account is closed you cannot send the money so no gamecard for you I'm afraid

yes you can send ISK to a character on inactive account
i just did it today and several times before
