no it is not a member, but his mage lvl is 79. He already has many runes on the account ready to be used.

he used to be a member, and i did the quest for them. So all you have to do is make him a member and then you will have them!

Lol, sorry if I'm sound wierd because I just need some good accounts badly i have about 20m to buy alot and I dont scam and I'm a rookie here so I'm not really experienced at this website. Sorry for the confusion
