Selling lvl 113 Runescape Character (P-mod and rune miner)

I am looking for $USD I will not trade him for other character/s or runescape gp.
The character is combat lvl 113 and is a p-mod (player moderator).
OVER 85 mining, so no need to drink anything in order to mine rune, you can do it naturally.
Lvl 90 magic.
All three melee skills are at least 90.
He can fish and cook sharks as well as fletch any bow. He has a nice construction level and a nice house to go along with it.
The bank has full guthan, whip and then some smaller items such as 3 sets of full rune, an obby shield and cape, rune gloves and defender, etc.
