 I bought a runescape stat changer for $100 and i used it on an account called yogosun and i am selling it for 1-5mil runescape cash.To prove that this account is stat edited even look on the high score list and i have not set any recovery questions please contact oil310 in runescape to buy the account.I AM NOT SCAMMING YOU!!! Not to debase your claim, but a "stat changer" as you call it is a hex editor and it is client side viewable, not server side. Could you, perchance, be mistaken in your claim ?
