Like above. selling or trading a shadow priest with full epic damage gear, epic pve damage gear, arena epics, all of the honor items. 375 Tailor and Miner. Has the epic mace from Lower City exalted, some kara epics, tailoring epics.
Has full epic Prot gear, with capped defense, 22% parry, dodge, and such. For PvP, arena epics , almost all of the PvP honor items from season 2, Gorehowl, mithril band of the unscarred, drape of the dark reavers and such from pve. Roughly 200 resilience, 2k ap self buffed with Battle Shout, or bit more than 11k hp with Commanding shout. got epic flying mount, exalted with most factions, and got epic resistance gear for tanking.
