"Price checks" always crack me up. Sure, for common items like fbss where the market is flooded with them, there is a collection average at which no one really wants to sell lower than.

But.. extremely rare or highly prized items like the mana robe?

Anyone that pays 70-100k for CT boots is dumb. You can get the tmax boots for like 120ish.
